day-18
August 8
The day was observed as Quit India Movement Day. I reached school on time, signed the attendance register, and went to the allotted room. There was no morning assembly, and classes began after the prayer.
During the fifth period, I handled Class 8B. The lesson was taken from the chapter “ജീവന്റെ ഉത്ഭവം ജീവികളുടെയും”, focusing on the topic “യൂറേ–മില്ലർ പരീക്ഷണം”. The topic helped students understand the experimental evidence related to the origin of life, and they showed good interest during the session.
I also managed substitution duty for Class 9I in the first period. A Friday Quiz was conducted, which encouraged students’ awareness, confidence, and active participation. Overall, the day was meaningful, combining academic learning with historical awareness and co-curricular activities.
