CAMP DAY-1๐Ÿ˜


Day 1 Reflection (06/10/2025 – Monday)

Day 1 started with the Freshers’ Day and Poomaram Community Living Camp inauguration. The program began with a prayer led by the College Chair, followed by the welcome speech by Mrs. Somalatha S, Camp Coordinator. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. Sharmila Nazeer, Principal of Jamia Training College. The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Nizam Muhammad Salim, Journalist and Author, and the felicitation was given by Mrs. Saleena S, Staff Secretary. The vote of thanks was offered by Mr. Alkhayam Sajeev, Chairman. The Literary Lounge and Book Exhibition held at the college library helped students develop interest in reading and academic learning.

At noon, Snehabhojanam was conducted, where meals were donated to the Government Taluk Hospital, Kadakkal, which gave us a sense of responsibility and social service. This was followed by the Freshers’ Feast and IGNITE 2K25 – The Fun Zone, which allowed students to interact freely and build rapport with each other. These sessions helped create unity and a friendly environment among the freshers and seniors.

In the afternoon, the Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program was handled by Dr. Sharmila Nazeer, who explained the importance of hygiene and health in a clear manner. Later, Chai Time, Renew and Refresh activities, Movie Mania, and Culinary Night helped us relax and enjoy the day together. Overall, the first day was systematic and meaningful, with a good balance of learning, service, and leisure activities.

 August 13 I reached school on time, signed the attendance register, and went to the allotted room. Classes began after the prayer. A Scout and Guide selection test was conducted for 8th standard students, providing an opportunity to identify students with leadership qualities and a spirit of service. A quiz competition was organized under the “เด…เด•്เดทเดฐ เดคเดฃเตฝ” Library, which encouraged students to enhance their knowledge and reading interest. An awareness (sensitization) program was conducted for Class 8D on the overuse of social media, helping students understand its effects and the importance of responsible usage. I was assigned Mid-Day Meal duty. During the second period, I handled Class 9N, teaching the topic “Absorption of Simple Nutrients” from the chapter “Digestion and Nutrient Transport”.  July 26 I reached school on time, signed the attendance register, and went to the allotted room. As it was a Saturday, there was no morning assembly, and classes began after the prayer. I was assigned Mid Day Meal duty, which helped me understand the importance of teachers’ involvement in student welfare and school administration. During the fourth period, I took a class for 8B on the topic “เดตเดณเด™്เด™เตพ” from the chapter “เดจเดŸ്เดŸു เดจเดจเดฏ്เด•്เด•ാം เดจเดจ്เดฎเด•เตพ เด•ൊเดฏ്เดฏാം”. Students actively participated and showed interest in learning about the role of fertilizers in improving crop yield. In the seventh period, I again taught Class 8B, covering the topic “เดตിเดณเดตിเดจ് เดฎേเดจ്เดฎ เด‰เดณ്เดณ เดจเดŸീเตฝเดตเดธ്เดคുเด•്เด•เตพ” from the same chapter. The lesson helped students understand the importance of quality planting materials for better agricultural productivity. Overall, the day was productive and contributed positively to my teaching experience.
