second phase teaching practice -day 3

17th October

a well-planned and productive day at school. I reached the school on time, signed the attendance register, and went to the allotted classroom. Classes began as per the timetable after the morning prayer. The day was made special by the Students’ Dairy Club inauguration program and the Friday Quiz event, which created an engaging academic atmosphere in the school.

I had substitution duties in 8J and 8B during the first and second periods, where I managed the classes effectively. I also handled my regular classes in 9N (fifth period) and 8H (seventh period). In 9N, I taught the topic Kidney and its related parts from the unit Respiration and Excretion, and in 8H, I explained Cell Organelles from the chapter Cell and Cell Clusters. Students responded well and participated actively. I also took part in supervising the midday meal program, which helped me understand my responsibilities beyond teaching. Overall, the day was meaningful, disciplined, and enriched my teaching experience.
